On November 10th, Apple today announced its replacement and repair expansion plan for iPhone X on its official website. Apple announced that Apple has determined that some iPhone X display screens may have touch problems due to a possible component failure on the iPhone X display module. Apple will replace the display module for free for eligible devices.
According to the announcement, the affected device may exhibit two symptoms: 1. The display or part of the display does not respond or intermittently responds to the touch operation; 2. The display reacts even if no touch operation is performed.

Apple has determined that some of the iPhone X’s display may have touch problems due to a possible component failure on the iPhone X display module. Affected devices may exhibit the following symptoms:
1. The display or part of the display does not respond or intermittently respond to touch operations
2. The display will respond even if there is no touch operation.
Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider will replace the display module for free for eligible devices.
Other iPhone models are not covered by this program.
